When booking your permanent makeup procedure(s) with Artistry Of Permanent Makeup, a $100 deposit is required for each procedure you wish to have done. This is to hold your time slot. The $100 deposit is then applied to your procedure.

If you need to cancel your permanent makeup appointment, you must do so within 48 hours, otherwise your deposit will not be refunded. If you wish to reschedule your procedure for another time, we will apply the $100 deposit to your procedure when you come in. **Most procedures above include one follow-up procedure 2-4 months after the original procedure. A follow-up must be done within 4 months after original procedure to avoid extra charges.**

PLEASE NOTE: A $100 deposit per procedure is required when booking an appointment. Your deposit holds your appointment time and the deposit is applied to the cost of your procedure(s). If you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so within 48 hours of your appointment or you will lose the deposit. You can reschedule and the deposit will be applied to your new appointment time. You can make your payment through PayPal, or you may call Deanna and pay via credit card over the phone.
